Collectible Mid-Century Red Metal Retro Cyclops Scooter from C.1950s. John Heine senior, who immigrated to Australia in 1879 from Devonshire through the Northumberland, founded the engineering company in Redfern in 1888. In 1899, it changed its name to "Dial" Engineering Works. In 1913, it started producing Cyclops Toys under the name John Heine and Sons. Comes in Vintage Condition.
