Louis XV furniture is widely regarded as the greatest of all furniture periods, combining creativity, elegance and, conversation. As seen in this beautiful bar, these pieces were known for their superior craftsmanship and functionality. This piece is ornamented with intricate flower carvings around the top and bottom of the bar, panelled doors and cabriole legs. Fitted on the inside with a mirror back, two glass shelves, two mirror shelves, and each door has four shelving compartments. Also note the draw that has been laid with a felt fabric. In good vintage condition, a sturdy piece with wear and tear appropriate for its age.
