‘Krosno Glass S.A.,’ or simply ‘Krosno,’ is a Polish glassware and crystalware firm. It has been producing high-quality glass accessories and liquid vessels such as jugs, vases, carafes, decanters, and chalices, as well as stemware and tumblers for pouring spirits, since 1923. The items are sold in more than 60 countries throughout the world. The company’s name is derived from Krosno, a town in southeastern Poland where the glassworks and manufacturing facilities are currently located. Expert glassblowers, artisans, and now higher technology create each piece by hand. The glassware created by ‘Krosno’ has a modern and futuristic style that is based on the notion of minimalism.In 2016, ‘Coast2Coast Capital’ bought the company for 121 million Polish złoty.
